Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients (15 minutes): Chop all vegetables, measure spices, and thaw any frozen items.
  2. Chicken and Veggie Casserole (20 minutes): Preheat oven to 375ยฐF. Sautรฉ cubed chicken with garlic until lightly browned (5-7 minutes). Stir in frozen vegetables and chicken broth; cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat, fold in cottage cheese and half the cheddar.
